About Us

The introduction of the company’s first online game, Mahjong Mania in 2005 - a digital online version of  China’s national game - became an operating model from which Dynasty Gaming was able to identify, in practical operational terms, the challenges of entering China’s commercial environment, and permitted the corporation to pinpoint the important, unique challenges to successful competition in this complex and evolving new market.  The dramatic expansion of China’s internet and the explosive growth of personal computer use ran in tandem with the introduction of the company’s first online entertainment product.  The early introduction of a practical, working model revealed several competitive issues including the right mix of marketing, operational and distribution strengths of an online entertainment product within the rapidly developing area of online usage as well as key demographic information and issues of appropriate vehicles for promotion and advertising.  The wealth of new knowledge which the practical operation of an online entertainment product in the China market, proved to be of greater value to the company than the sales performance of Dynasty Gaming’s first offering.   This, in turn, allowed the company to analyse real data which proved invaluable in restructuring the company. Significant, positive adjustments to Dynasty Gaming’s corporate structure were therefore based not upon theory, but real-time, practical application.

The reality of China’s continuously shifting market landscape; the early deployment of an online entertainment product within that landscape; and the fact-gathering opportunities which were produced through the practical application of an online product, culminated in a strategic plan of action based upon solid, statistical information.

2007 proved to be a definitive year for gathering and analyzing solid, market-based data in order to restructure the company for optimal, profitable participation in one of China’s most robust market sectors.  Deployment of the resulting strategic plan will be the hallmark of 2008.

Of significant importance to our shareholders and potential investors, the company successfully negotiated a Definitive Agreement with SEGA of Japan in late 2007.  This new, and powerful alliance with one of the World’s most recognized names in digital entertainment gaming hardware and software will provide the company with the exclusive rights to the development of new, online games designed specifically for the China market. Already under development is the first of what will be called the China Suite of Online Games. Created for high-action entertainment, the games will run on company servers, and will be accessed by means of the purchase of a time-based game-card available through the company’s extensive distribution network.  The alliance with SEGA Japan signifies Dynasty Gaming’s corporate commitment to develop solid alliances with proven, world-leaders in digital, online game software development.

2008 will also see the result of a restructuring of the corporation through proposed acquisitions of companies now operating in China as announced in the 4th quarter of 2007.  The process has involved negotiations with principal partners and stakeholders and has undergone several, major revisions in structure since its first public announcement.  These revisions have been in response to ensuring that an ideal mix of competencies and services is  balanced for optimal leverage and to achieve a corporate structure that remains streamlined, flexible and relevant to exclusively marketing its digital online products within China and to maximize its growth potential in the most economical manner possible. The restructuring process is projected to be completed by mid to late March 2008, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and will result in a new company bearing a new corporate name to be announced upon the successful completion of Dynasty Gaming’s due diligence.
