Option Plan
Events International Holding Corporation (TSXV: "EIH") today
announced that its Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the
Corporation’s Stock Option Plan. The Amendment, effective immediately,
allows for the increase in the maximum number of options under the Plan
from 3.5 million to 5.5 million. All options granted under this Plan are
subject to regulatory approval.
